Each Gemma Redux piece is handmade by our trained local artisans to ensure the highest quality construction. After that, it is up to you to treat your Gemma Redux piece properly to ensure that your Gemma Redux piece remains in good condition. DO NOT expose your piece to water or other liquids -- don't wear your piece in the shower, bath, or while exercising or perspiring. To clean your Gemma Redux piece, polish with a soft, dry cloth. DO NOT use water-based or other wet cleaning solutions. All jewelry should be treated with the utmost care -- do not throw or drop your piece on hard surfaces. You may store your piece in your Gemma Redux canvas pouch.
Repairs
Repairs can be made for jewelry purchased through Gemmaredux.com for up to a year after purchase. Please email . Repairs that are necessary at no fault of the customer are free. Fees may apply for all other repairs.
Security
Every credit card transaction placed with Gemma Redux is encrypted and 100% secure. No personal information is ever shared outside of Gemma Redux. Your email address, shipping address, and other data are confidential.
Domestic Shipping
All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for standard production and domestic deliveries via USPS Priority. Once the item is shipped, most packages arrive in 2-3 business days, although delivery within 2-3 business days is not guaranteed. Expedited production and shipping options are available as indicated during the checkout process. Please contact if you have any questions about production and shipping. We will notify you via email if any item in your order becomes back-ordered. All packages are shipped standard FOB New York City. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Deliveries
All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for shipment via USPS Priority Mail. Once the item is shipped, most packages arrive within 14 business days, although delivery within 14 business days is not guaranteed. All international deliveries are FOB New York City and Gemma Redux will not be responsible for shipments lost in transit. Expedited production and shipping options are available as indicated during the checkout process. Please contact if you have any questions about production and shipping. International shipping fees do not include any international customs, duties or taxes, although the destination country may charge such customs, duties or taxes for your order. Gemma Redux is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes.
