In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@bucardo.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund.

We want you to be delighted with your Bucardo product, so if for any other reason you wish to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 14 days.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days.
