Does it fit my Apple Watch?
Our Universal Fit Pocket Watch fits Apple Watch Series 1 through Series 9 and series 10-11 42mm in the following case sizes: 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, 44mm, and 45mm. An interior adapter system inside the stainless steel casing secures your watch in place.
Not compatible with: Apple Watch Ultra (49mm) or the 46mm Apple Watch Series 10-11. If you wear either of those, we'd recommend checking back — we're working on it.
How do I charge my Apple Watch inside the case?
The back of the case has a cutout specifically designed to allow charging without removing your Apple Watch. Just place the pocket watch face-down on your standard Apple Watch charger and it'll charge normally.
You can also easily remove the watch to charge it on the go — it's designed to pop in and out without tools.
Can I still take calls and use Apple Watch features?
Yes. Press the button on the case crown to reveal the screen instantly — you can read notifications, take calls, use Siri, and interact with apps exactly as you would on your wrist.
Heart rate and wrist-based health features require skin contact, so those won't function while your watch is in the pocket watch case. GPS, cellular, and all other connectivity features work normally.
Is the chain included?
Yes — every pocket watch ships with a 15" detachable stainless steel chain that matches the case finish. The chain clips on and off easily, so you can wear it pocket-watch style, convert it to a pendant, or pair the case with a different chain from our collection.
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days with free standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on destination.

What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
We offer 30-day returns on all unused pocket watches in original packaging. If your Apple Watch doesn't seat properly or the product isn't what you expected, email us and we'll send a prepaid return label — no questions asked.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Bucardo pocket watch comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong with the case, hinge, button, or finish under normal use, we'll repair or replace it. Just email us with your order number and a photo.
